I came across this link. I saved it a long time ago. It's a down load to an Icon to replace the hour glass that appears on the screen when you are "waiting" for a down load or the computer is "busy" working on something.

The new Icon is a little kayaker that paddles along for a few strokes then rolls until the chore is complete. He is called the Rolling Fool, he gets a real work out on my computer.
