Description:
J Street put-in is located on the Balboa Peninsula. The launch is on the east side of the peninsula (Newport Harbor side).

Directions:
Take the Costa Mesa Freeway, CA-55, to its end. Continue south and then east on Newport Boulevard until it merges with Balboa Boulevard. Continue on Balboa Boulevard to J Street and park on or north of Balboa Boulevard.
