There are other festival events during the day, so you are welcome to make your headquarters at the harborside home of your hosts, in Mandalay Bay. Launch from our dock, or any other launching spot in the harbor area. Or, paddle here from LA, Orange County, San Diego, Santa Barbara, or wherever.
