CKF had a great turnout. We had quite a few members show up including our fearless leader Len, George & Winnie, John P., Pat, Ron, Gordon, Melissa and a couple from Ventura.

I didn't know what to expect. As this informative evening went along, I realized this part of our continent I needed to visit. I had been going up to this area for the last few years to salmon fish with my brother. Now Ken has opened up another door for me.....paddling right next to a pod of killer whales! I'm going! I'll be there this year!

Ken mentioned to me that it was his passion for kayaking that led him to the touring business he's in today. I'm so glad that we have folks like Ken to share these avenues so people like me can experience the whales in different parts of the world!
